The three day long annual Ijtima-e-Aam of Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba ended in Peshawar on Sunday, in which M-Phil political science student at the Qurtuba University Peshawar Shakeel Ahmed has been elected as Nazim-e-Aala Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba Pakistan for the year 2022-23. Meanwhile Asad Ali Qureshi has been nominated as Secretary General (Muatmid Aam) Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba Pakistan for the year 2022-23.
The ijtima was addressed by Emir Jamatt-e-Islami Pakistan Sirajul Haq, Naib Emir Rashid Naseem, central leader Syed Shahid Hashmi, former Nazim-e-Aala IJT Hamza Ali Siddiqui and many other leaders also addressed the ijtima.
Newly elected Nazim-e-Aala Islami Jamiat Talaba Shakeel Ahmed hails from Hazara Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Prior to this he has served on many important positions of Islami Jamiat Talaba.
