Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Sirajul Haq has said that country could not make progress without getting rid of the interest based system. He said that the rulers revived the memory of the East India Company by passing 36 laws in one hour while coming under pressure of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He said that this will result in new cyclone of the price spiral. He said that the solution of all problems lies in implementation of Islamic system and Nizam-e-Mustafa.

This was stated by Sirajul Haq while addressing the Ahbab-e-Sindh convention in memory of the former martyred deputy provincial naib emir Muhammad Azeem Baloch in Shahdad Pur. Prior to this Sirajul Haq was accorded rousing welcome at Nooriabad, Hyderabad, Matiari and Baqar Nizamani and was presented tradition Sindhi ajrak.

Sirajul Haq said that Almighty Allah gave death of martyr to Azeem Baloch and called him back, adding that Azeem Baloch was an ideological and an ideal personality from every aspect, adding that if we want to follow the footprints of Muhammad Azeem Baloch then we will have to pledge today that we will sacrifice whole life on Islam and Quran and will support right and truth.

Sirajul Haq said that 74 years have passed but even for an hour Islam has not been enforced in Pakistan, adding that there is debt of Rs256,000 on every child of Pakistan. He said that there is no justice in the courts, adding that the poor person even face the punishment for the sins, which even he has not committed but prime minister considers his appearance in the Supreme Court as sin. He said that there are different laws for the rich and the poor in country, adding that it has proved that there is not one but two Pakistan.

Sirajul Haq said that JI is struggling for the change of the system, adding that JI will stage sit-ins in whole country against suppression, injustice, price spiral and interest based economy, adding that the masses should support JI for resolution of the problems.

Naib Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Dr. Mairajul Huda Siddiqui, Emir JI Sindh Muhammad Hussain Mehanti, Nazim Ahbab-e-Jamiat Pakstan Syed Waqas Anjum Jaffery, Nazim-e-Ala Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba Pakistan Hamza Muhammad Siddiqui and others also addressed the convention.
